Dear Customer,

 

booking at Porretta Holiday Home you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1- The deposit is 100 € and must be delivered mandatory and with no extensions to the time of delivery of the keys and it will be given back before the departure after checking that no damage has been done to the house and that no theft of objects was made. In case of a premature departure of the customer and no one could be present at the check-out, the deposit will be given back by mail. No refund will be made for the remaining days of rent;

 

2- The price of the house includes:

• consumption of water, electricity and gas;

• Color TV, crockery, towels, bedsheets and final cleaning;

 

     The price of the house does not include:

• the deposit to be left on arrival (see point 1) with the balance of the rent;

• the cost of heating which must be paid before the departure;

 

3- The house will be delivered starting since the 12 a.m. of the check-in day and it must be delivered back clean, tidy and in good condition maximum at 12 noon on the day of the check-out day;

 

4- The booking can be made at any time. The cancellation of the same does not involve no penalty up to 10 days before the day of check-in, 50% of the total amount by 10 days prior to the day before the check-in, the total amount from the day of check-in onwards;

 

5- The number of tenants must comply exactly with the number of persons who have made the reservation. If the number should be larger, the violation will be reported as an abuse to the relevant authorities and one of the result will be the retention of the deposit paid in full;

 

6- The owner can visit the home giving a prior notice to the tenant 24 hours before;

 

7- It's known to the parties that the holiday house rented is not an hotel, a residence, etc. but a private home not equipped with standard or internationally recognized categories. It reflects in the architecture and in the style of the furnishing the local traditions and the personal taste of the owner. No changes must be made by the tenant for the time he will stay in the house. For particular needs the obligation is to contact immediately the owner.
